So it's been slightly more than 2 months ever since I've migrated to the land down under. Yeap. it's seems like a long time. Fine. I'll admit. The only reason I'm blogging now is because I'm so bored. I know I shouldn't be bored now, with tax law and accounting mid sems this Saturday, and the Finance quiz currently opened in another tab, I have no reason to waste my time doing stuff like blogging. Gahhhh.

Anyway, I shall just give you a brief update on Brissy life.

1. It's ok I guess.

2. It's super hot during summer. And it's autumn now, so it rains like mad. And its cold at night.

3. About the flood, everything is ok now.

4. Chocs here are cheappp. Especially when there is sale. Omg. That's why, I admit, I did put on weight. Sad much.

5. I just went on a detox programn last week. No chocs. My pimples were breaking out like mad.

6. I think I used more pimple cream for these 2 months compared to the entire year I was back in Malaysia. That bad. =((

7. I miss not having to cook. But hey, cereal and yogurt is absolutely awesome

So yeah. That's kinda whats going through my mind now.

Happy Chinese New Year people!!

So I'm kinda back into the blogsphere now. Emphasis on KINDA. Lol. Looking for accommodation is a pain in the ass. Like seriously!! I've been browsing through all these vacant places day after day after day and I don't seem to be going anywhere. Sighh. My eyes go @@. Really, I have to rely on His strength to pull me through.

I only have about a week left here in Malaysia before I fly off to the Land Down Under. Sounds scary huh? Thank God for the few friends I made through Facebook. Haha. I'm serious!! I absolutely refuse to be a loner!!

I gotta update more often eh? I'm just so busy laaaa. I'm out in the morning, and I only reach home in the evening. It's freaking tiring. Driving around the whole day. Honestly, I haven't been around the house lately. Been staying over at my friend's place, going out till the wee hours, epic road trips with the BFF's. It's really fun, and taxing on the wallet (especially when you have to pay for all these with your own monehh. Lol.)

It's past 1a.m. now. Hence, today is considered the last day of 2010. Yeah. This year passed ultra quickly for me. Honestly, it still hasn't hit me that it's year end already. In less than 24 hours time, fireworks will be all over the place, people drinking and toasting to the new year, others celebrating in their own special way. Real quick. It doesn't even feel like Christmas had passed. Bad?? I don't know. Somehow, something feels empty inside me. Guess I'm not going to let you guys suffer while I rant about how empty I feel these past few months, how I emo-ed, how I'm trying to get over someone from my past.................... Yea, I'l just probably bore you guys to death if I start ranting.

Ok. So I went drinking with the Ausmat bunch day before. Pretty fun. Seriously, it was highly amusing and entertaining. Amazingly, I came out of the whole thing SOBER. I'm awesome aren't I. Heehee. I'm leaving out the details so as not to embarrass anyone. Haha. But, yea, I did embarrass myself even before we started drinking. I was wearing heels and I stepped right into a pothole and almost fell over. In front of everyone. Embarrasing sial!! Anyway, we had a good laugh over it. I'm a clown, I know. Haha. But seriously, it is indeed highly amusing seeing your friends get tipsy and they start talking nonsense and laugh so hard at nothing. Haha. We had a good laugh. I had fun =)

I'm officially back from my 10 days Egypt trip. Well, actually, I was back few days before but I had post Egpyt trip sickness which consists of fever, purging and headaches. Haha. But overall, it was an eventful trip:

1. Mum got offered 100 million camels for me (I know right?!?! where are they going to get the 100 mil camels from??)

2. Yang offered his sunnies to one of the dead pharoahs by dropping it somewhere in the tomb (and before that, he was telling everyone not to drop stuff. haha. joker)

3. I saw the only remaining wonder of the ancient world - Pyramids of Giza (supahhh awesome!!!!!!!!)

4. Went into the 3rd pyramid (since it had the largest entrance. but omg the decent was freaking steep, so the climb back up was torturous. and it was still cramped =.= heads down all the way if you dont wanna suffer from concussion. haha)

5. The sphynix wasn't as huge as I imagined (bummer)

6. I got to see the actual golden mask of the boy king Tutunkhamon (he is filthy rich I tell you!! they cover their fingers and toes and coffin and everything on them with freaking gold!!!!!!), visited alot of remains of temples (original carvings and colours were still on the wall of some. magnificient, really)

7. Saw people shisha like mad by the roadside (like our kopitiam. even in the middle of no where, can you find shisha. and I'm like??? haha)

Anyhow, since the internet is so totally screwed up tonight, I shall leave you to drool over the most anticipted picture. Mind you, I have no idea why the quality of the picture is so terrible. Stupid internet. It took me 5 minutes just to upload this one picture!!! Annoying..

Yay me!! Exams over and now I'm just enjoying life doing absolutely nothing so far. Haha. Well, I guess I still have stuff to pack for my Egypt trip and the fact that my cousin is coming over today, like anytime soon reminds me that I still have to clean my room (it's in is always messy state).

Anyway, I have been keeping up with this season's Amazing Race Asia. First time ever!! I never knew it was so amazing!! Even mum, who said it was a stupid show at first, eventually became even more excited about the show than me. She is the one who refuses to miss any one episode of TARA 4. Haha. Seriously, I wanna join!!! It looks ultra the fun yo!! Wait till I'm of age, make sure you guys watch the season of TARA when I join. It will be the most amazing season when I join. Why? Cuz I'm in the show!!!! Like DUH?!?!?! Haha.

My favourite team. Singapore team. Haha. Kinda expected?? Singapore team consists of self proclaimed "ah lian" and "ah beng" Michelle and Claire. Seriously, they are the most enetertaining team. Don't you agree with me that Claire is sooooo pretty?!?!?!?!? I think she is damn prettteeeeeee lor =D And yes, I seriously feel like threatening Alan Wu to transfer his dimples to me right now!!!! So deeeeeep!!!

So, I have been abandoning my blog for quite some time. My apologies. Anyway, I just started my new semester and I HAVE A CRAZEE TIMETABLE. Mid term exam is in two weeks. wtf?

Fine, this post is not about me grumbling and complaining about how sucky Help can get at planning the academic calender. It's about my bro's birthday!!

This mangkuk turned 13 on the 10th of October 2010. Pretty significant date since it only happens once every 100 years. Since he is one sad kid who never had a birthday party, we decided to make it ultra memorable for him. Haha. Aunty Cheng Lay was kind enough to bake him a chocolate cake, mum baked chocolate muffins and I spent 1 whole freaking hour making him a card that he was suppose to wear the next day at church. Yea, his birthday was on a Sunday. Hence, birthday celebration was at church. Haha.

Forcing him to wear the card was not easy. He is very thin skined =.= So, basically I got Charlotte to make sure he wears it throughout church service. Lucky for me, I got exactly the reaction I hoped for. People who saw the card went up to wish him. I am an awesome sister eh. Heehee.

Anyway, I got critisms for making him wear the card. Some people said I was mean and I should embarrass him on his special day. Wth laa. Get a life people. Maybe I was abit mean but just because nobody made you birthday special, you don't have to be jealous that this small kid has an awesome sister who put in 1 hour effort to make his birthday ultra memorable. Next time people, just keep your nasty comments to yourself. Nothing nice to say, then shut up. At least there are some decent, fun-loving people in the world who supported me and said that I did a good job. Thank God such people do exist.

At night, we headed to Pavillion for Tony Roma's ribssss. Yummmmsssss. Toony Roma's has very nice people who gave a complimentary brownie cake thingy to my bro. And they sang him a song. Teheehee. But the ribs were goooood.

Please remind me why and how stupid I am again. My old wounds heal. Obviously there would be a scab forming over the wound right? Then that scab falls off. A new layer of skin has formed below the scab. There is no more wound. No, the new skin has not fully healed. I deliberately scratch off the scab. I start to bleed. I feel the old pain. A stinging, sharp pain.

The whole process just keeps repeating itself everytime the wound is almost fully healed. Tell me why I'm so stupid. Please. Just tell me why I can't stop my itchy hands from deliberately scratching off the scab.

Looks like I'll never know when to stop playing with fire no matter how many times I get burnt. Stupid aren't I? Lol.

So, yes, I do watch Hindi films. Well, I only watched 1 actually. Slumdog Millionaire doesn't exactly count as a Hindi film does it. Whatever.

I watched 3 Idiots. No, as in the movie title is 3 Idiots. It's a really good show actuallly. It's basically about 3 friends from Imperial College of Engineering in India, and how 2 of these 3 friends embark on a long journey to find their lost buddy. Throughout their journey, they travel back to their college day and remember how their friend, Rancho touched their lives in different ways. There is more to this movie than just fun and laughter,it actually teaches us about self-realisation.

So I am officially free from studies for a month!!! Wheeee~ Finished my last paper at 11.10 sharp. Writing non stop for Business Law paper is a torture. Thank God I managed to finish the paper 5 minutes before, hence, giving me 5 minutes to check through the paper. All I can do now is pray and have faith that my results will exceed my expectations. * fingers crossed.

Just got back from a great day with the friends. Ravi, Floyd, Teck Chai, Darius, Pei Ying, Kirly and Elynn =) Thank you guys for a great night. Thank you Kirly for paying for everything today. I feel bad. Lol. It was suppose to be my post birthday celebration. Owh, by the way, Happ Belated Birthday to me. Haha. I was busy partying with Law and Accounts on the 24th of August.

Okayy. Now I feel damn super guilty for not updating my blog. Hehe. I'm a very busy lady yo! I just submitted one assignment a few days ago, and another lecturer bombards us with yet another dreaded assignment. Thank God it is a group assignment. So, yesterday and today, I actually went for this seminar talk thingy on Neuro Linguistic Program. Kinda cool. So, basically, I went with Ms Tan Zi Xuan. I really miss talking to that girl lar. It's been so long since we actually met up together for such a long period of time. As usual, we began talking all sorts of stuff and laughing non-stop like crazy ladies. Haha. Owh, and we had shifts sleeping. She slept for a while this morning during the talk, and I slept for kinda long time in the afternoon today. Haha. I didn't get enough sleep last night okayy. Haha.

Anyway, I got to chao to do assignment now. Just follow me on twitter kayy. It's awesome. It's like micro-blogging. So basically, I didn't desert my blog 90%. haha. Maybe about 50%??? what say u?

Exams are officially OVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well, it's only mid-sem so I can't brag. Sighzzz. After many sleep deprived nights, I can finally sleep as long as I want, without having to wake up to the annoying buzz of my phone alarm and my mum's phone alarm. Haha. I need two alarms cuz I most probably would just snooze one alarm and at least there is one more to wake me up =) I know, I'm a genius. Haha.

I am currently partially disabled. Thank you, wisdom tooth for causing my cheek to swell up, hence, affecting my speech. I can't talk properly!!!! I also cannot eat solid food!!! OMG!!! I have to survive on porridge and baby food!!!! Suckssss. If i don't loose my fats after this terrible ordeal, I must say that I have a wierd metabolic rate. Haha. I shall let you imagine how I look like now. One side of my cheek is the perfectly NORMAL oval shape. The other side of my cheek is an ABNORMAL rectangular shape. I am currently sleep deprived. Haha. First time I actually set my alarm to wake up at 2.30 to watch a football match. Mostly Spain's matches. I support both Germany and Spain. Anyway, yes, Germany is out of the finals after they lost 1-0 to Spain this morning. I cried Germany an oceean yo! That's alot of tears. Haha. Oh well, shit happens.

Sighz. I'm rooting for Spain to win their first world cup and rooting for Germany to win 3rd place. Spain has got the AWESOME David Villa.

He looks ultra adorable in this pic weyy. Like he just got up from sleep and blur blur. Haha. He is an awesome striker. So far, he has 5 world cup goals under his name =)) Fernando Torres still a little off ler. Anyway, Pedro was a selfish bitch this morning. If he actually passed the ball to Torres, Torres might have scored and Spain would have been leading 2-0. Haih.

Germany must win 3rd place yo! Muller playing next game, should be good I hope. Fingers crossed!! 3. I think that putting on make-up on a daily basis is just a waste of money and time

5. I think that accessories like bangles, earrings and necklace are a MUST HAVE in every girl's accessory box =)

6. I think that Bohemian, Beach, Casual and Posh styles are the most awesome styles ever

Class ended at around 9 plus yesterday. Initial plan was to watch Shrek. But then, we didn't, somehow. We ended up going to Taylors Subang so that the ICPU students could say their final goodbyes to their lecturers who are going back to Canada. Hence, there were 3 kepors who followed. Namely me, Darius and Teck Chai.. Lol.

Darius called Foong out. I seriously couldn't recognise him. Lol. It's either I haven't seen him for such a long time, or his face grew broader. Anyway, we sat in the Taylors cafe and talk lor. Haha. Darius talked to Foong, so TC said he and me have girl talk session. Haha. Honestly, I have no idea what we talked about. Owh. And we did some "fishing" to decorate my aquarium. Haha. Anywayzz, after the ICPU people finished berbonding with their lecturers, we had lunch at Asia Cafe. Texted Kirly to come but she was celebrating her friend's birthday. Said she would come over later on. Then the guys went up to play pool. Fine. I suck at pool, so I said I would just pose on the bar stool and watch, and "fish". Haha. MCKL people, you guys really need to improve your pool game. MCKL people trashed by Taylors people. Mou ye gong. Haha. Kirly met me as they were leaving. Intro her to everyone. Then went over to Snowflake. DON'T TAKE THE PEANUT TOUFUFA. Seriously. The toufufa thingy was fine. The peanut was soft. blehhh. I didn't like it. Haha.

I guess I have been abandoning this blog again. My apologies.

New semester has officially started *sigh

Taking 3 subjects this sem which is pretty the chilling guess. But then again, Stats, Law and Management Accounting. Chilling?!?! Lol.

Get my results yesterday. Won't say it's absolutely fantastic, a little short of my expectations. Especially my econs. Overall CGPA is a little more than enough for me to credit transfer next year. But thank you God since I don't have to repeat any subjects this sem. That's the only piece of good news I guess.

My Management Accounting lecturer is weird, or some may say that he is funny. He starts off by speaking in an American accent. Then he slowly starts speaking in the typical Malaysian accent, then ah beng accent with the lar, li, lor stuff all added in. Haha.

Law lecturer is a bitchyman. Really. He comes into the lecture hall and says that he doesn't want us to be like those typical Malaysian and be late for class. Understandable. No smsing, no sleeping no doing this and that in his class. Other lecturers don't bother if we sleep in their classes. Haha. Guess I'm complaining because I'm very sure I will be one of those who fall asleep in Law 101 class. It's law!!! Plus the chairs in the lecture halls are comfy and cushioned. An absolutely conducive environment for me to fall asleep right!??!. Lol.

Lectures started already. Can you believe it?!?! omgomgomgomgomg. Haha. My mind is still not tuned to waking up early and paying attention in class *ultra sad face

Singapore was great. The Great Singapore Sale started already. Hah. Hence, I went down to shop shop shop =)

Owh. And I also went to the Pixar exhibition that was held at the Singapore Science Centre. Awesome Possum betul wei. The way they draw and color and mould their characters is just AWESOME. Seeriously. They are all a class above the other animation companies. Mere words cannot describe how good they are wei. Seriously. If you have the chance, you should go down and see the exhibit with your own eyes. Cuz now, I have a new level of respect and awe for these people.

Lastly, my korean drama!!! Haha. Yes, I have been reading the sysnopsis like a dungu on Dramabeans. Haha. Episode 18 already. Thanks to Ai-Li who made me all excited and all. Haha. I am now even more excited and relieved and happy and smiling non stop like sor por. Haha.

What to do?? I'm just someone who loves to go out. Haha.

It started where we were suppose to follow Shi Lin's car. Ok lar. Shi Lin, then me, then Floyd. Then, the not-so-awesome Shi Lin had to accelerate when it was yellow light =.=

Hence, I kinda lost Shi Lin at a turning. Suppose to turn right, I went straight. Haha. Floyd who was behind me also dungu dungu follow me =) Thus, both of us got lost. Haha. We made a u-turn, then we ended up in a Shell petrol station beside a Chinese secondary school. Haha. Shi Lin also didn't know where we were. Floyd called him, told him all sorts of things, like which road we were along, how we went straight ahead, bla bla bla. The dungu Shi Lin still didn't know where we were until Floyd mentioned that we were next to a chinese school. Haha. Then Kirly said she better come into my car since she knows I will get lost again thanks to my horrible sense of direction. Haha. Anyway, we managed to find the taman we wanted to go to.

Then we got lost again. We had no idea whatsoever where the Ice Room was. So, the 2 guys parked their car and hopped into my car. Then we went round and yeah we found the place =) Then the ber-bonding session began. Haha. Owh. And Shi Lin bought a damn nice watch that cost about RM1500+?? But it was nice. Haha.

Then, I wanted to drink coffee =) I'm such a coffee addict. Haha. So we went to Papa Rich. It was hard to get out of the parking lot since there were 2 stupid Kancil blocking the road, making it super tight. So Floyd got out and directed me out of my lot. He looked like one of those guys who get you to park in the lot then collect money from you. Get what I'm trying to say or not?? Nvm. Anyway, we took a super long way to get to Papa rich since the guys kena influenced by me, and their sense of direction also abit screwed up already.

I got my white coffee and my roti bakar peanut butter!!! So happy then. Haha. Then we camwhored non-stop. Tak tahu malu betul orang ini. But who cares!!! It was fun!!!

We chao-ed around 11.30, before Shi Lin's mom starts calling him. Haha. Then Floyd had to direct me back. Haha. They know I sure get lost. Both Shi Lin and Floyd sms-ed to make sure I didn't get lost again. Haha. KLCC area was super jam and chaotic. Dad called to ask what time I was coming home. I feel so loved =)

Was at Kelly's new house a few weeks ago. Lol. It's somewhere in Tropicana. What can I say. Posh area, big house. But, her toilet is HUGE!!!!!!!!!!!!! At first we planned to let Sin Yi sleep in the jacuzzi tub, but we were watching Korean drama till we forgot the plan. Haha. So, we talked, laughed, joked, fooled around, watched Korean drama, and MADE COOKIESSS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yum!! Owh. And Kelly got a new puppy, Burley. It's a miniture poodle. It's soooo cute!!!! But it kept biting our heels cuz it was teething. Not cute. Haha. I forgot to take a picture of it though.

Nvm. Anyway, we made cookies. According to the baking book, we were suppose to make walnut cookies, but since we didnt have walnuts, we used almonds. And since we can't chop almonds, we decided to grind it. Which was the funniest part of the whole process. We put the almond in the grinder, but the machine won't start. So we tried and we tightened and we looked. Then the heroine, ms How Sin Yi, managed to tighten it like super tightly. So we turned the knob as instructed in the manual, and all 3 of us screamed at the same time. Haha. Kelly and I screamed cuz the grinder was soooo loud and we definately didn't expect that loud a sound. Sin Yi screamed because I jumped back and stepped on her toe. Hahaha.

Okay, after that we did the stuff as told and it looked very watery. We weren't sure if it was correct because all our measurements were not accurate. Lol. It was just trial and error that we put in all the brown sugar instead of processed white sugar because there is no white sugar in the house!!!! Oh. I forgot to tell you people that it was late at night, and there is no 7-11 nearby. Haha.

We put what was suppose to be the gooey paste on the baking paper. And we put it in the oven to bake. Instruction book said to cook it for 20 minutes but ours was still pretty soft and wet. So we ended up baking it for roughly 30-35 minutes. Haha. And the instuction book said that it would only take 25 minutes for you to do all the preparation. It took us 1 hour 30 minutes. Hahahah.

We have recently lost a great man amongst our midst. My dear Sejarah teacher, Mr Ganesh recently passed away on the 1st March 2010. He had cancer but he didn't want us to worry about him. He was the funniest and nicest Sejarah teacher as well as our counselor. You will be greatly missed Sir.

I just spent at most 17 hours of my life watching, crying, and shedding a hell lot of tears over this Korean drama that has the suckiest ending. Haha. It's a pretty nice drama lar. It's called " Hello, God". Pretty weird title. Well, had the series for quite some time already, but since the cover wasn't that attractive, it has been sitting in my cupboard collecting dust, well, until last Friday.

The story is about this moderately retarded 27 year old guy who has the mentality of a 7 year old. He fell in love with the girl, as predicted, so he decided to undergo operation to make himself smarter. Basically, he became a genius ( a really good looking genius) after operation. But, there were some complications in the end. So, in order to save his life, he had to undergo operation again. The stupid ending : he became retarded again. =.="

I have this guy to drool over. Haha. His name is Yoo Gun. Yummaay. Haha.

Kay, I'm going to give you people a quick update.

Uni life has been HELL. It's seriously super tiring. I miss my old friends, I'm not hanging out with any girlfriends yet, I'm basically hanging out with 3 guys. So, I better stop looking at girls and start staring at my books and looking at guys. Haha.

My eye bags are becoming more obvious. My handphone is now my best friend. Lol.

Back from the first day of orientation at HELP. Basically, I'm doing Bachelor of Business (HONS) there. Waliao. First day of orientation, and I'm sooooo sleepy already. I fell asleep in the train ad almost missed my station. Haha. I explored the bus line today with Teck Chai. We waited inside Watsons because it was freaking hot outside wei. So, we stood inside, looking at everything we shouldn't be looking at. Haha. The one thing Teck Chai learnt from there is the difference between eye liner and eye brow pencil. Haha. I taught him that. Anyway, the bus came, and we were one of the last ones to get onto the bus. So I basically stood beside the driver, while TC sat right beside the door. Haha. First time for everything eh.

Kay lar. I start from the beginning of the first day as a university student. Omg. That makes me sound sooo old ler. Haha. Anyway, I went to the HELP campus right after my parents dropped my bro off at his school. Orientation didn't start until 9 and I was there at 7.30 already. Siao wei. Anyway, my mum brought me around to show me the oh-so-miserable bus station and the places where I could go makan. Thank God for McD and Subway. There's suppose to be a Starbucks nearby, but I don't see it anywhere ler. Better go look for it soon. Haha. Anyway, I made sure my parents stayed with me till I actually found someone I was familiar with. So, we had breakfast at the mamak, then I said I will wait till 9 at McD. My dad got damn pissed because he said I wasn't showing any enthusiasm. What?? I was still super sleepy kayy. So, I was basically dragged down to look around at the super long hallway of HELP. Look here, look there, and I finally found a familiar face. Haha. I saw Darius and Samantha!!! Wheee.

Haio. Super tired to say the whole process lar. Tell you people the about the whole thing when it ends kay?? Super sleepy. So, goodnight world!!!

So, I'm back from Kelly's house ady. Sin Yi is still there I think. Lol. Ahh. I'm so happy. Finally, the four of us again. It's been quite a while since we have done that. The next day, Mei Mei came over. Guess what, it took her 1 hour to get to Kelly's place. Why?? She didn't follow her GPS' instructions and went round Mid Vally 5 times. Haha.
